Refund Policy

At ACED, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

1. Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7–14 days of delivery

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items (not due to our error)

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

4. Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for sizing or defects (subject to availability)

  • If your preferred size is unavailable, a refund will be issued

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will resolve it promptly at no extra cost

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After this period, orders cannot be modified
